Terms & Conditions for Ticketz BV

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ticketz BV platform for purchasing tickets to sports events. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Use

2.1 Eligibility:

• Tickets you purchase through Ticketz BV are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations imposed by the event organizer.

3.2 Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or cryptocurrency. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations:

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the event organizer. Ticketz BV does not guarantee refunds or accept responsibility for cancellations made by event organizers.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on the Ticketz BV platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ticketz BV or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ticketz BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ticketz BV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

Ticketz BV reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
